Privacy notice
Last updated: 10 October 2026.
Every page here is a static file. There are no accounts and no server-side code, so nothing on this site itself can receive or store what you enter. The one exception is the contact page, covered below.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies today. The cookie notice covers the detail, including the one preference the site stores inside your own browser.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and other sites on the internet.
You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings. You can opt out of some other third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.
Who serves these pages
Cloudflare serves Ovelunor. As the host, Cloudflare keeps standard server logs of the requests it handles. Those logs include the IP address your request came from. Cloudflare decides how long it keeps those logs, and we do not control that.
Visitor numbers
On ovelunor.com, Cloudflare Web Analytics counts how people use the site. A small Cloudflare script on each page reports to Cloudflare. It sets no cookie and uses no local storage in your browser. Cloudflare does not store your IP address from it.
We see only totals across all readers:
- visits and page views
- the sites that sent readers here
- how fast pages load
Nothing in those totals identifies you.
What changes when advertising starts
Ovelunor intends to carry advertising from Google AdSense. None of this describes the site as it is today.
Once advertising starts, Google becomes a third party on these pages. Google will set cookies and identifiers to select advertisements and to measure how they perform. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, a consent banner appears before that happens, and you choose first. We update this notice before any advertisement runs.
The contact form
The contact page sends your message to Zoho Desk, our support platform, hosted in Zoho’s UK data centre. Zoho Desk is the processor for anything you submit there. On its way, the message passes through the Cloudflare Worker that serves this site. The Worker hands it to Zoho Desk and reads Zoho’s reply, so the page can tell you whether it arrived. It keeps no copy.
The form collects your name, your email address and your message. We keep it in Zoho Desk only for as long as needed to answer your enquiry, and for 12 months after the enquiry closes, then it is deleted.
Ovelunor itself stores no copy of what you send. Zoho Desk is the only place that holds it. The Worker logs only the time and whether each message arrived, never your name, address, or message.
